RecommendedIf you’re a tight budget college student, this place is specifically for you! Their room prices are affordable and definitely worth it. They’re clean and spacious. Not to mention they hold events all the time with free food and activities. I felt super welcomed when I came here so definitely check it out ! ❤️

Friendly staff! Work orders take a while but that’s just because of how many residents there are. Once the work orders come in they make you your upmost priority! Price is great and close to campus! Free printing, gym, and pool is a great amenity! -Jesus Quintanilla

Friendly staff. Amazing Apartments. Spacious. They are absolutely gorgeous!!! The pool and "Jim" are a bigger plus! What more could you ask for??!!?
The staff at The Kristi is amazing and very helpful. Especially Allison the leasing manager, she was able to give us all the info we could possibly need. We recommend checking them out .

This property and its management is a complete fraud. They treat residents like crap when problems arise and make very little effort if any at all to fix the problem. On top of that they their residents to write reviews on google, Facebook or anything that will make their trashy place look half way decent. Beware of this place....SOME UNITS ARE FULL OF MOLD. Even when the staff knew about it they refused to do anything. You pay for what you get!!!
Come here if you love management regularly showing up unannounced and barging into your apartment. Incredibly annoying and violating. COME HERE IF YOU LOVE BEING CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, EVERYDAY, ABOUT RENEWING YOUR LEASE. This place is okay quality, but very poor air circulation.
