At one point this was a great company. They've got too big for their own good and forgot how to put customers/relationships first. They lost most of their talent and hired people like Bill ******and Jessica ****, who want to nickle and dime you at every turn and collect the easy money. They don't produce the results they used to so they've come up with more ways to collect fees. People like Taylor ******and some of the others are what made the experience great (no wonder they've moved on). They don't hire the same talent the... read more

What can I say, to rate this company would mean they deserve even one star and based on my experience, they should not even get a one. While the marketing team and the legal office are great to advertise this company on Chicago's ***** radio station, unfortunately, is not accurate nor honest. The information I received by two different representatives of this company do not match what was advertised.
