We had a wonderful experience with Jay. Being from the area, he had excellent knowledge of not only the local real estate market, but also area schools, shops and culture. He always answered our questions in a timely manner and was willing to accommodate our often hectic schedule. His negotiation skills are top notch. He really went to bat for us and with his help we were able to acheive our dream of becoming home owners.
Jay was fantastic. He was knowledgable and patient. He listened to my husband and my wants and wish list items and helped us find our perfect first home! He had our best interest at hand every step of the way. His negotiation skills were superb and he was extremely responsive. As a first time home buyer, Jay made the experience as easy and painless as possible. He brought great industry knowledge to the table and worked tirelessly to ensure the deal was done on time and done right. Jay was such a pleasure to deal with. From the get go, it was all about us. We were not pressured to look at properties. He was upfront and honest on every issue. Jay is a great real estate agent. He is always around to answer questions and I do mean always I even got responses at 11 pm. He is very helpful. When i had about 5 or 6 houses that house i was interested in he did the drive bys for me to save time. He walked me through the whole process of buying a house from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jay, he helped me find my dream home.

jAY WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I EITHER EMAILED HIM OR CALLED HIM. THERE WERE TIMES MY HUSBAND WAS NOT ABLE TO HOUSE HUNT WITH ME AND JAY STEPPED IN AND LOOKED AT THE HOUSES IN MY HUSBANDS EYES.
