I bought a condo with Jay 3-4 years ago and had such a great experience that we used him most recently to sell that condo and buy our current home. When Jay tells you he is responsive and to text him any time - he isn’t joking. He was always prompt and easy to get a hold of. He also helped me navigate parts of the buying/selling process that I didn’t understand. Everybody says that home buying is a stressful process, and while it definitely was at times, working with Jay helped mitigate a lot of that stress. Jay was great. My husband and I were first time home buyers and spent an entire year trying to purchase a home in a very competitive housing market. Jay was patient and responsive and, no matter what he was doing, made time to see houses with us.
