RecommendedI stopped in at Kenzie just to look at the model on my way to a scheduled tour at another complex and I'm so glad I did. The competition cancelled my appointment via text and said since it was virtual, I would just get an email with the link of the apartment I was interested in... I am still waiting on said email while the ink dries on the application I put in with Crystal.

Crystle was personable and her popularity with the residents was very obvious - she knew everyone and it had a real sense of community: worth the stop!
RecommendedI love the location and how quiet this complex is. I'm not bothered with unnecessary flyers on my door, and they are always willing to help when I go to the leasing office. Live here for about a month, so I will update. Update: I spoke too soon. I have neighbors that seem to get in an argument about 3 to 5 times a month...at all hours. The entire electrical system and plumbing is outdated and dangerous. When ac unit was replaced, I had a fire at the connection inside. The fire department seemed 'flabbergasted' by the fuse box that doesn't have anything labeled. 'Band-aids' don't work on 'tumors'!
RecommendedJust renewed for another year. It is a nice neighborhood and close to everything. The property is beautiful and the apartment is updated and roomier than other apartments I looked at last year before choosing The Kenzie.
