Dishonest. Lied about prices. Got caught. Will never go back again. Stay away
Have never felt more insulted in my entire life. Dealer (JT or something) was beyond unprofessional and flat out inappropriate. Walked out after telling him and his manager so and will NEVER go back. There's a way to talk to a person and this guy clearly doesn't know or doesn't seem to care.
Batman - This was my first Jeep Purchase, the experience at the dealer was extremely engaging the entire way through. Russell Luterzo was patient, answered all my questions about every model I looked at and had me test drive until I knew I was in the right Jeep. I Absolutely LOVE my 2016 Renegade Batman Edition! It's blacked out package makes random people stop and ask me questions. Highly recommend SeaView & Russell!!
I just bought a used Jeep Patriot from The Jeep Store and worked with Leigh. The service was amazing and Leigh was extremely nice. I will be working with them from now on. So happy I got my Jeep!
I can only say one thing Deceptive sales practice by this dealership DO NOT BUY from them. If they think they can rip you off they will.
Just bought our first jeep from The Jeepstore. Whole experience was A+. Charles Hanson, our sales associate, was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Got great deals and whole process took 5 hours. First time leaving dealership not feeling exhausted. Would recommend Charles and dealership to everyone. Thanks again for a great experience.
