AFTER 4 RAM LEASE TRANSACTIONS AND 1 PURCHASE BY MY DAUGHTER, I WAS RECENTLY TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO ACCOMMODATE MY REQUEST TO PUT TOGETHER SOME REMOTE NUMBERS ON A NEW LEASE. THAT PEOPLE AT THE DOOR WERE MORE IMPORTANT.

All on your own once you cut a check. Customer service was poor, so much so, it will be the last time I use them for a jeep,three times to date. There are places that actually appreciate their customers, guess this isn’t one of them.

RecommendedWent to Sansone and other Jeep store down south. Gotten nowhere with him and he had false claims of prices. This jeep store in Asbury park treated us like family even though we didn’t know them and gave us the price we were looking for I love them thank you so much!!

We reached out over a month ago about an Antisemitic and Racist employee with absolutely no response. Very unprofessional and a bad look for Jeep as a brand.
I just bought my third Jeep Grand Cherokee in 13 years from these folks. They continue to do me right. I highly recommend them and I love my new 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude Sport. 😀

This stores service was great, I live around the corner from Buhler Jeep and drove 20 miles to go to SeaView. If you go ask for either Robert or Chris both are excellent salesman and went out of their way to helps us.
