This is my second Jeep, thanks to Ty. He’s the best!! Me being my indecisive self, going back and forth from the compass to the wrangler. He worked numbers for both, took me to test drive both several times. Even stood outside in the freezing cold as I looked back and forth at the cars trying to make a decision. Avoid this place like the plague. The finance department clown / manager, Kevin Miller lied to our face and when told he was being recorded, got violent and started screaming at the top of his lungs in total anger. Cops were called to address Kevin's tirade. He needs anger management and should be fired immediately. Unprofessional clowns. Chris Roberts is a great sales associate and knows every detail about any vehicle that the Jeep Store has to offer. Great crew there from the Sales Dept to Service & Parts. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Professional & courteous through the whole process.
Chris Rogers was our sales rep and he was awesome!! What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with him! He was friendly, patient - let us test drive all of the cars we were interested in and he also worked to get us a deal that we were comfortable with - I will never go anywhere else!
Sal was so helpful and not pushy at all. He patiently answered any question I had and was pleasant and thorough. I would definitely recommend this dealership for good prices and good service.
