Once again, they took me right in, addressed the issue and repaired it as quickly as they could. Best dealer I have ever dealt with.
Their service department is very unprofessional. Doesn't return phone calls in over 24 hours or seem to understand Bumper to Bumper unlimited mileage warranty. Somehow, with said warranty, they believe they should verify if missing and loose parts on your transmission (from a transmission repair AT a Chrysler dealership) on your newly purchased car should be covered under warranty or if there was a slight chance you should have to pay?
