Ok so I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro late Monday night. Part of deal was swapping tires off another Nitro to the one I was buying. Thankfully the AWESOME Saleman Chad offered assistance to my fiance to do the swap. The tire swap happened after all paperwork was said and done. It's really sad when you purchase a vehicle from the dealership brand-new and have issues with it and they refuse to do anything for you
Stay away from the service department. They are absolutely terrible. They screwed up my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and 2015 200C by messing up simple "Flash Updates". Ended up taking the 200C to Oxmoor Chrysler to be repaired.
