You can’t find a better experience in the state to buy a Chrysler/Dodge or Jeep. Their used vehicles are second to none. The staff are knowledgeable an friendly ready to assist with any questions you may have and don’t come at you in an aggressive way as some dealer do. They let you make your decision and help you threw the process with very informed tools to to help you in the transaction of purchasing your vehicle. I would buy again from this dealership and recommend you do the same.
I’ve always had prompt and courteous service from these folks. I came in yesterday with a nearly flat tire, and everything was repaired to good as new within a half hour’s time.
Came for service on a manufacturer’s recall and had a terrible experience. What should have been 20 mins took 2 hours with no status updates and no apologies after multiple inquiries. Very disappointed.
