WARNING...Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, all of the parts they replaced on my vehicle either broke or went bad within weeks of their warranty. Technicians lied to my face and they false document the work that they have “completed” on vehicles... You would have to be out of your mind to purchase a vehicle or have ANY work done at this establishment.
horrible customer service. Horrible follow through from management. I am in shock at the way they can get away with treating customers. I am contacting the BBB and if it is necessary, I will be contacting a lawyer. Another member of management has lied and recanted his story. I bought a new car from them with 16 miles on it and have had nothing but problems dealing with them.

I have purchased several vehicles from Craig and Landreth. It is the first place I go when I'm looking for something new. If they don't have it on the lot they will find it for me. They carry top quality used vehicles and most are low mileage. I haven't had any problems with any that I have purchased but I know that if I did they would take care of it. I put my trust in them and can't really say that about anyone else and I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my lifetime.
