James is a true professional from start to finish. He is transparent of the entire process. James did a wonderful job on handling our moms estate selling of her house. We wasted time going with an auctioneer at first which was an insult and disheartening experience. I wish we'd have skipped that and went straight to the professionals. A FIVE star selection for sure!
We met James on a Saturday morning, signed papers Tuesday morning, 1 showing Tuesday morning, and sold Tuesday within 5 hours. James is great to work with and his crew is fabulous! could not have asked for our sale to go any smoother! Thank you!
