They staged the home in a very upbeat, contemporary manner that was attractive & also fit the style of the home. James was able to negotiate with a difficult buyer and help resolve an unreasonable repair request from the buyer in a manner that was acceptable to both parties. He kept regular communication with me and was very professional in his dealings.

We made our first house purchase this year, so it was a very new and foreign experience for us. Regardless, James was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process!
