We had met several realtors in our time visiting open houses, but we immediately connected with James and knew we wanted to use him as our realtor. Early on in the process, James walked through our house with us and gave us helpful ideas on what to focus on in order to list our house. James listened to me to understand what I wanted, and asked good questions to help me think through specific homes as well as the process in general. He was very responsive by phone, text, or e-mail. He made the home-buying process as painless as possible. He also knows everyone in town and can give you good suggestions for loan officers, contractors, etc..., and they all know him and like to work with him.
