Even though we have had an unusual experience searching for our home, James Bausch has taken charge with all his knowledge and experience. This was the first time for us selling a home. James and his team made the process much easier than I thought it would be. Within the first 3 days of listing our home with James we had multiple showing and an accepted offer. He also helped us with the purchase of our new home; that we were able to see before it ever even hit the market. I would definitely recommend James and his team!
James is amazing. We didn't have the best experience when we sold our house in IL to move to IN, so we were nervous when choosing a realtor to help us find a home.
