Geary came to my door which was fine because I had not called anybody and needed my sprinklers turned on.
The guys did a great job.
Geary was great to work with. Crew show up on time and work till the project was complete.
The two men arrived on time, gave a reasonable estimate on one repair and ended up fixing two problems we had for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied and happy with their work and professionalism.
These folks responded to my solicitation within 30 minutes of posting on Home Advisor. They sent a very qualified technician the next day and he saved me about $700 over the proposal from my former contractor. Customer service/communication, technical savey and great price are the outstanding characteristics of The Irrigation Professionals.
They were prepared, and fixed it on the spot. Very knowledgeable.
I looked them up here and put in a request for a quote and got a call the same day. They said they had a tech in the area and they could meet me when I got home after work. The tech showed up right when I was told he would, he spent not even 10 minutes working and my system was good as new! Also, the price was a great deal! I'll be sure to use them again for any future irrigation issues.
Shortly after asking for a quote the company called me and I got an apt today after 3:00. The tech called me to advise that he was on the way to my house. The tech was Stephen Dunn and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. I showed him the problems and he fixed the problems and did some additional work. He was very knowledgable. I would recommend this company and anymore repairs ect, I will call them for the repairs.
Very helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer my concerns and did a great job. I most certainly will be doing business with them in the future.
