We a break in our water line coming to the house. They provided great customer service. They responded quickly and got the repair done in a timely matter. They did such a good job covering the hole it didn't look like it had ever been dug up.
Geary responded quickly and gave me an estimate. He did a great job of communicating with me each step of the process. Workers were professional. Only issue was that I was told they would replace line with copper connector, however when it was inspected by another plumber it was PVC. Otherwise, they did a good job.
This is one company I would recommend to all. The work process was excellent! The guys were very particular, hard working, clean, well mannered. I hardly heard them being there. All the work was done by hands. Hardly any loud machines or generators were used. Cleaning up, securing the area, top of the line. I am extremely happy with their work. Geary, the manager, is a guy, whom you can ask anything and everything, he will give answers we seek. Thank you and you guy are true professional!!!!

They repaired my broken incoming water main pipe. Great job everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't notice that there was anything done. Saved a lot of money too.

I noticed a water main leak on Saturday morning while mowing the grass. The appraiser, Geary, was there about an hour after I called. Other companies took hours to respond, wouldn't come until monday, or just didn't show up. The price seems a little high for a repair that took 3 guys 2.5 hours, but he spared me any sales pitches about replacing the whole line and his crew came and fixed it the next morning (a Sunday) while the other guys were going to be sometime later in the week, no guarantees until they looked over the ca... read more

Provided an estimate that was a bit on the high side. Installed, but had leaks. Was very prompt in fixing them.
