I was very impressed with The Irrigation Professionals. They did great work, on a fast timeline, and have proven very responsive to my follow-up questions.
Work was not very professional. They tried to cut corners. They tried to install sprinkler wires only 3" below surface until I noticed them and got it corrected. After removing the grass for fixing the water pipes, grass repair work was sloppy.
He was incredibly knowledgeable. I forwarded his information to my neighbors. He's very professional.
They were prompt, professional and thorough. They knew their jobs well and were done in less than 30 mins.
This is the worst service ever, no show 3 times and did not call to let me know, was told tech was sent out today did not have the address, previous no show same excuse was used. The times they did show, they did not complete work. Original box had 7 zones but was burned out so had to be replaced. Was replaced with 6 zone box but charged for 7 zones and most recently told we only had 4 active zones. My sprinkler repair was done yesterday. The guys dug through mud, located the leak and repaired it. The guys were very professional and I was very appreciative of the effort.
This was my first experience with The Irrigation Professionals. They returned my call immediately and came out the same day to inspect my system and give me an estimate for sprinkler head replacements and system adjustments. The next day, they completed the work in a very professional manner with excellent results. In addition, they gave me a three year warranty on the work they completed. I am happy to have found a reliable, professional team that will become my go to choice for all my irrigation needs!

Got a couple of estimates for an irrigation system. Geary was the only one to actually come out and walk the property with me to understand what my concerns and requirements where. He gave me an estimate with options. Other companies didn't bother and based their more expensive estimates on Gmaps. We had a couple of issues installing the system.
