Needed to have the main water line to my home replaced because it was polybutylene that the previous owner neglected to replace. They were here a total of two days and you could not even tell they were here upon completion. My yard looked exactly like it did before they arrived. Customer service was excellent. Be sure that the Quest Utility company they send out to mark your yard does a good job. Irrigation cut our Verizon line during installation of our sprinkler system and now we are left to deal with Verizon and have not received a return call from Irrigation

Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control. We call into Miss Utility, on that side of it they notify the companies to mark their lines on the properties. It is rare but in this case, a line was cut due to a non-marking. Once we became aware of the situation and inconvenience to the customer, the manager was on the phone with Verizon for some time to inform them and to have a service ticket in place to fix the matter. the system came with my new home and I'm new to sprinkler system ownership and needed someone to come help me activate my system. After trying to start it on my own, I realized a sprinkler head needed repair and decided to hire a professional. I went on Home Advisor, and by the next day I was receiving a phone call from The Irrigation Professionals, and they were even able to send someone out first thing early that same morning.
