Mrs.Dr.Countryman immediately terminated my families care and without written notice called and said that we are never allowed in their clinic again because we got a second opinion from another doctor over some very distressing bloodwork that she was happy to put off for another half a month. She is obviously not invested in her clients and I would recommend going somewhere else. Terminating care mid treatment is malpractice. If that is her mentality this might be a blessing. Look elsewhere.
I made an appointment on 10/6 online to be seen by April Kolb on 10/7 at 11:30 AM. She had openings almost the entire day when I booked it. They sent me a confirmation text to confirm the appointment with a number to call in case. On 10/7 I plugged their address into my maps (I’m newer to the area) and it took me the wrong direction. We were NOT impressed at all with this clinic!!! We were in town visiting family, from Texas, and our son came down with a 103, and was beyond lethargic. It was the Thursday after Christmas Day, and this clinic came up online as being open and had good ratings. My son and I arrive, to an empty waiting room, with the staff having lunch in the back, as I was told by a nurse who finally came to the front desk. I would recommend Dr. Schupp. Seems like he is generally interested in the well being of his patients and wants to help.
