Minimal wait. Excellent bedside. We’ve had great experiences with everyone we’ve interacted with there.
Everyone was so nice and helped my child feel comfortable while she was sick. Great place!
My husband and I have been going to Iowa Clinic for one year. We have been seeing Dr. Pelzer. I have NOTHING but good things to say about him. He has a true passion for the kiddos he sees and I greatly appreciated that, being a new mom especially. In saying that however, if you need to be seen for any issue other than your scheduled check ups and vaccinations you will most likely be out of luck. Great doctors who take ALL the time they need to help you get stuff figured out. I've never felt rushed if I have questions. They are a busy clinic because the doctors are great. If you need something same day, you might have to go to Urgent Care, but I've always been able to get in to one of the doctors within 2 days. I love that I can schedule appointments online. We regularly see Dr. Pelzer (who is simply wonderful with my children), but we've also seen Dr. Secory (who is also a wonderful doctor).
We have met numerous doctors here, though Doctor Secory is our regular doctor. Every single one has been excellent, thorough, friendly and great with kids. They always explain things in detail to me rather than dumbing it down and they genuinely want to do what’s best for the care of the children. I can always get an appointment in an urgent situation and I never sit and wait for long times. They are wonderful.
