Had Sunday brunch, and was not disappointed. My wife had the Chile Relleno and I had the steak and eggs. Both were outstanding. The steak was sliced and cooked to perfection. I also had an Espresso Martini. I normally avoid flavored martini's but this was a great blend of tastes. I am sorry that some people have had a poor experience, but in my mind, this restaurant is extremely good. Am a 'frequent flyer' at The Independent. Love the service, drinks and food. Consistently excellent!
Not biker friendly bartender served 2 other couple and never even look at us after giving us our menus got up and left......... went to the Bricks and bartender was awesome served as soon as we sat down!!!
Poor service walked out... Bartender never even brought drinks
Prompt bar service and excellent food. Bartender was very friendly and went above, and beyond although very busy. Another couple was there making rude comments about the bartender not serving them the second they walked in....they got up and left! Bartender was very clearly serving many others, quickly and with a great attitude! It made it a better experience for everyone when grumpy left! Lol
