The portions were small and very expensive and medium well means no blood ,person cooking .no bueno.
Hubby and I had a fabulous lunch here. I had the salmon tacos and hubby had the fish and chips. Food was awesome along with the wait staff. We have lived in the area for 30 years so it is wonderful to have a great restaurant in town. We will be back!
With a lack of good food in Placerville the Independent is breath of fresh air and a welcome addition to main street cuisine.
