Called multiple times no response been waiting on my child’s test results for 3 months. Her pcp and school need them smh will be filing a complaint
This place is the absolute worst. Listen to me and never ever for any reason bring a child there. The first thing they will do is try to take the child alone to a back room. Do not let your child go alone. We took her 16 year old sister and the interviewer was visibly upset by her joining within 5 minutes she started recording. There is no secretary or receptionist. Stay away from this place!!!!!!! Very unprofessional! They dont really know what they're doing!
I came to this location in the past before and the doctor Michael was very helpful. He was able to assist me. I wanted to come back to this location. However things are different now and they advise. I will need a referral from my PCP. Well obviously they have a new system that you have to send the referral in Before you even come in which is difficult because not everyone is tech savvy. My daughter had her testing done back in June 2024, it's now Mid November and I still haven't gotten her copy of the results for her School or Specialist. Very frustrating. No call back, I called once a week and no one will call me back. What a joke!
