My daughter had her testing done back in June 2024, it's now Mid November and I still haven't gotten her copy of the results for her School or Specialist. Very frustrating. No call back, I called once a week and no one will call me back. What a joke!
Our son was tested there at age 3.5. At the appt to get results, the doctor basically said he was a product of us being first time parents and enabled/entitled. We initially took the criticism but as he got older, things continued to be intense. He got an autism diagnosis at age 6. So much time and so many important interventions missed bc of Behen.

Very bad experience with this office, and very not respectful! They never helped! Everything in Mi are scams!
The tester who worked with my child was wonderful -- good energy, good communication with me, etc. -- but the Center is TERRIBLE at follow-up or responding to messages. I've had to contact them several times for information and it takes them weeks and multiple attempts to respond. I received my verbal results on Aug 8th and as of Sept 18th, they STILL have not sent the official form or connected me with the case worker I was promised. I don't know why Beaumont uses them, but I think I'll be letting them know it's a terrible ... read more
