Dealt with Tom and Matt Hume on the sale of my home. They responded within ten minutes of when I called, visited an hour later. They came back with the comparable sales data and a listing protocol that afternoon. Gave me advice on proper pricing and staging. The house was photographed two days later, the listing was up within a week. House sold the first day of the listing. They have always been available anytime I had a question or concern. I wanted a quick sale, for the right price, of my home in the Proctor District. Not having sold a house in over 20 years, I wanted to work with people I trust who would look after my interests and educate me about selling in 2014. Tom and Matt helped me set a price that brought in so much interest that, after just three days, we had multiple offers. I particularly respect the way they listened to me and when I had questions (and I had many) they both provided timely and informed answers.

We used "The Hume Group" to buy our first house and were amazed by the service. Before The Hume Group we probably went through about four different Real Estate agents and were surprised by how..... well.... unmotivated(?) they all were. No one seemed to know anything about the properties we were looking at, no one followed up, they all just opened the front door and... that was about it. Not the case with Tom Hume.
