They helped us sell our home. We chose them by looking for an agent that had listed similar homes to ours in the same neighborhood. The came and gave us a presentation describing their overall strategy for marketing the home. The overall approach seemed to demonstrate a good grasp of how to market homes today. Our house sold in a month. They were very helpful with the negotiations and the closing process. They were easy to work with, they listened and were flexible. I can't recommmend them highly enough.
