I have both purchased and sold a home with Tom Hume. In April we listed our home in north Tacoma and it sold in two days. The video Tom and Matt created was perfect. The best part about working with Tom is that he responds very quickly to any questions and takes care of everything in a professional manner. Ken is AMAZING to work with; he achieves a rare balance of being personable and professional. I felt he went above and beyond to help us through the process of buying our first home. His patience with all of our questions should be legendary! If we ever need to purchase another home, he will be the first person we pester (aside from our fabulous lender reps).

By the time my wife and I toured the home during the open house the weekend it was listed, we were at wit’s end. We moved from Florida to Tacoma, arriving here November 14, with a contract on a home that was to close on or before December 28.
