Atención muy buena, personal capacitado
Due to the lack of empathy and rudeness from the Nurse (carlos lopez) at recovery room I dont recommend this hospital. Staff member mentioned before very unapologetic, presumptuous, and sarcastic showed no support during family's time of need.

At the New Northeast Campus: My mum was brought in and she had said she was being admitted. I came to the front desk and gave them the information. I was told to have a seat so they could find her. After 10 mintues of waiting to see if they could find her I went to the front desk. The woman said they had found her and that I needed to wait an additional 10 mintues. They are new and have horrific service. I hope the staff inside is more competent.

hoy lleve a mi nino al ER hospital providence de la transmountain con 103.5 de calentura dure mas de 2 horas y es ese tiempo solo le tomaron la temperatura los signos vitales y el peso nos dijeron que salieramos ala sala de espera. despues de ese tiempo vimos que a personas que avian yegado mucho despues los atendieron y despues volvieron a ablarle a mi nino solo para darle tylenol para que le bajara la calentura el el muchacho que atendio amijo me dijo que volviera a tomar asiento en la sala de afuera y le dije porque no av... read more

My husband has been getting an infusion every two weeks for the last 5 yrs. at the infusion center. The infusion center is wonderful, but Tenet, the parent company of Providence, has now informed us that they will no longer carry the drug he needs, and we will have to find another infusion center. The drug is very expensive for a rare genetic disease. Providence has been getting paid the full amount for the drug from insurance. Their claim of caring about patients is NOT TRUE! Tenet cares about the money!
Highlights were the crew that saw me during my visit to the ER on 20 Nov. 2018. The very LOW is the nurse that was too busy to put in my prescription and now I have to wait another day till the 26 to get my meds. Fix this please
