Terrible experience for my family member. Nurses not available for hours. No one at nurses station for hours. Do not take you family there. This is a horrible hospital.
Trans mountain campus has been a terrible experience for my aunt and our family. Er was great and icu was great but in the room, she didn’t get bathed for 4 days, nurses didn’t answer calls when the nurse button was pushed, I couldn’t get her water, doctors didn’t call me back to answer my questions, we didn’t leave our aunt alone, we hired people to stay with her at night, no one was ever at the nurses station, 5th floor, I had to take my aunt to the bathroom, change her gow… See more
My father had a stroke last year, and was hospitalized for a week. I just wanted to thank all the amazing staff who took care of him. I am so grateful for each individual who was patient, nice and overall very kind and professional. A special thanks to Nidia who would always make my father laugh and smile through that dificult time!

The staff attending my father are uncompassionate, uncaring and blatantly rude!!! No response from administration to my concerns. Realizing staff is over worked & frustrated, so are families. Not being able to with be by my father's side is a toll, staff has NO empathy.

The lack of medical attention to COVID admitted patients is alarming. From the time EMS left my father at the hospital to 5 days in. Reports to the Director and floor nurses go ignored. He isn’t being taken care of. Nurses are neglecting him. Every time he calls a nurse, they ignore him. It is life threatening not only to my dad but any other patients seeking medical care. I went to the hospital for the 2nd time because I was having my 2nd miscarriage and I thought they were going to help me, they did a lot of lab work and the dr didn’t know anything about what was going on with me even though I was bleeding a lot so the dr sent me home after staying 4 hrs at the hospital later I miscarriage at home and had a lot of pain and they never prescribe me any medicine worst hospital ever
