Huge THANK YOU to the ICU staff at the East Campus! My husband was admitted on Christmas morning for severe diabetic ketoacidosis. He was in a coma and on a ventilator for a few days. I thought I was going to lose my husband for Christmas, but instead you saved his life! His nurse Brenda was fabulous and really was there for my daughter and myself! Thank you for your genuine compassion Brenda, we are grateful for you! Luckily he will be discharged tomorrow from the regular unit and that’ll be a start great start to 2018!

Hospital at horizon providence o have never seen such a thing where it's a new hospital and no one was there to be attended but myself and another patient and took forever to be attended and taken care of I got inpatient and got out of my room and everyone was just relaxing sitting talking to each other and on cell phones and took a long time to be seen so I just left. Oh but I will sure get a bill for a simple shot and 2 hrs waiting to get results

I had a terrible experience at the new location located in Horizon city....our request and needs of care became a burden to the doctor. I felt that the doctor wanted to minimize his work load and basically advice me to follow up with a primary doctor Therefore I do not recommend that location at all. I have been treated in other Providence location and they were all very lovely... horizon city campus it's basically a waste of hospital

My wife just got home after being in the hospital for almost a week. I just want to let as many people as I can know about our experience at PROVIDENCE EAST. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone! In my opinion, "Hospitals of PROVIDENCE" grew too big too fast. Little to no communication between shift staff, ER and other floors. With the exception of 3 people (out of approximately 30-40 that were responsible to take care of Susan) , no one seemed to "CARE", their seemed to be No Urgency about anything.
