There's a few nurses that are just plain rude! I love this hospital tho, friendly staff, there so caring, but there will always be that one nurse that will get to you. A hospital I recommend for L&D, NICU department omg � there just the best.

My dad had an appointment for a procedure today at 7AM and when he arrived, receptionist at out patient desk told him he was not scheduled until the following month. He had the orders from Dr. Chavez with the correct date and was told there was nothing they could do. He was told to go complain to Dr. Chavez' office. After going to Dr. Chavez he was told that Providence could squeeze him in and to go back. By then he had already had breakfast after having been fasting since the day before and having taken the nasty laxatives ... read more
