Every step of the way I waited for hours. From appointments to procedures.
My doctor is a Providence Physician Partner and ordered an MRI weeks ago on 4/22. I was supposed to receive a call by 4/29. Here it is weeks later and this network can’t seem to schedule a simple MRI. I was told I’d be called back last week, still waiting. This has delayed the healing process.

Best care staff in transportation and icu pediatric were very caring and on top on stuff made sure my daughter was fine keep checking if we needed anything very pleased with their care Doctor was very good explained everything very well and made sure we understood
