Bought some flooring that wouldn’t stay together. So we found one we liked and took it it New Albany to return it and buy what we liked and they blatantly refused to help us at customer service. They said we had to go to Seymour because that is where we bought the floor. So we make the trip to Seymour and explained what had happened and the assistant manager Chad was very helpful and apologized for the other stores lack of friendliness and helpfulness and helped ya pick out similar flooring and helped us get taken care of th... read more
They never carry the products we are looking for. Menards and Lowe’s have these things, why can’t Home Depot carry them in their stores also?
Provide customer service, instead of taking your money and then treating you as if any problems you have is not their problem. We had delivery Tuesday and washer front door broken. We were told they delivery co. would contact vendor for replacement. This happened and delivery of new washer today, only to have dryer so damaged on bottom that it could not be stacked. Every time we've ever been in this store we've had associates that were super helpful in directing us, answering questions, and giving recommendations. Today we spent a good hour with one planning a remodel He was extremely knowledgeable & provided great information for our decision making.
Visit was ok ! Couldn't believe that this store didn't have any suspenders!!
ive bought hundreds of these chairs and they refuse to fix 1. one came damaged in mail and they wont return or swap.

I was in there on Sunday. Customers all asking the same question where the hell is the workers. Couldn’t get any help. Finally I located 6 of them all in one aisle doing absolutely nothing other than talking. No customer around. I gave them a piece of my mind.
everytime i go to the Seymour Home Depot,, i cry because we dont have a Lowes or Menards. poor service ,, always out of stock,, thursday,, i have to drive to the Home Depot in Greenwood,,, seems we have the only Home Depot in a 100 mile radius that doesnt carry 2x3x96 lumber,,, and they wont get it for me either,,,just like when i needed the flapper for the fancy toilet that came from there,,, had to drive to Lowes to get it,, or flush it with a bucket for 4 days,,,
