Managers cut hours to lower labor cost and increase their bonus.. Call to ask about tool rental and you'll end up on hold until you decide to hang up... Go in and tell someone you need help. You'd better be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more.. Too many times I've asked about something and, the person has no clue.. It's sad.. If you can use a local hardware store or lumber yard, "Do it". Because home depot could care less.
Home Depot’s Order Online and Pick-Up in Store Service is a single woman’s best friend! The Deck Belt on my Cub Cadet Riding Mower broke so I found the part number and ordered it this morning at work on Home Depot Website and after work they had it waiting at the counter for me. Faster and Cheaper than Amazon was going to be! They even have a link to show me how to put it on myself!! Thanks Home Depot!

These people sold my daughter a advertised as new Cub Cadet rider. Upon receiving the tractor and inspecting it I discovered this was a two year old tractor that according to Cub Cadet was a return. This is completely unacceptable business dealings and I will never have any trust for this business again. Shame on you people for trying to take advantage of someone in this manner, beware of this place!
Did not know that they had done away with there Veteran discount or that it was not allowed on certain items. Lowe's has it on your My Lowes card and it just automatically shows up. Then they thank you for your service. Not at Home Depot, the lady just got curt, saidno and walked away. Guess I am shopping at Lowe's from now on.
