Home Depot- you need to get your processes together. You called me twice in a week to pick up my special order- I arrive and you can't find it now? On top of that your customer service is seriously lacking!
Went to buy a trailer and the guy they didnt speak and when he did very unprofessional, felt like an imposition..if you dont like people DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! WON'T BE GOING THERE AGAIN!
I wish I could give less than a star. The service here sucks, they sell you the wrong things, and give you store credit despite having a receipt, and never have what you do need in stock. The people here don't care about customer service or professional knowledge. I will no longer be wasting my time or money here.
I would give them zero stars if it were an option. $7000 for a furnace estimate 12k for furnace and a/c, and then pay to have a window estimate done, 3 weeks later and no estimate. Wasn't even worked on.
