RecommendedYesterday I went in to grab a part and then check out. The cashier looked at me and said I can not give me change, we might have a coin shortage but we are not out of change. This is not legal. What is this place coming to! How much money are they screwing there customers out of?
High level of incompetence. Issue with online purchase then store would not honor solution offered by online purchase. Wasted a total of 8 hours of my day and 250 miles round trip to come back empty handed (unit I was purchasing was supposed to be held as replacement for my damaged unit, store did not hold). No help from store. Done with Home Depot. If I was gravely ill and they sold the cure I would sooner go shopping for a casket than deal with them again
Why are your employees not wearing masks that were provided? They are uncomfortable...so what?
would be nice if they would answer their phones! and keep PELLETS in stock!
We love this Home Depot. The employees are friendly and helpful. Rich even helped us get our tile home on his truck seeing we didn’t have enough room! Highly recommend!
apparently spending thousands of dollars on summer projects and expecting someone who has a pro loader vest on to maybe help load material is to hard to ask. the ladies who work the customer service desks are awesome but when I'm trying to load 2-3 carts worth of material while watching 3 people who work for home depot stand there and watch me do it I will take my business to Franklin from now on
Bad building man named Wayne bad attitude he waits on his own kind and does not help women
Can never get what I want because always blocked off and have to wait to too long
