The other day my father went to pick up a few items for a home project. He has a strong accent but is extremely fluent in English, so as he proceeded to pay for the items the cashier (female, of which is lucky he didn’t catch her name for a formal report) decided it was okay to mock my dad because of his accent and then proceed to laugh in his face when he made an error with his debit card (punched the wrong pin, something that literally happens to all of us). Just left Home Depot in Elko I would have to say the worst customer service I've ever had. The young lady at the cash register was snide and rude. I understand we're all slaves to computers but just because your system goes down doesn't mean the customer service needs to suffer.
We've been trying to get a washer for over a damn month! Almost two! We had a malfunctioning washer from home depot, and now every day they tell us "I'll call you back" or "it'll be here thursday" which neither of those happen! It's been a go around and customer service is absolutely terrible. John the department manager for appliances is absolutely awesome. John is the only reason I havent started calling corporate on the lack of knowledge or customer service! In a family of 7, it is necessary to have a washer.
