Customer service was not good. Waited for over 25 minutes for someone that was paged 3 times to come cut some wire for me.
I've been to Home Depots all over Texas I have never been in a better one then this started the moment I walked in the door with a lady asking if I needed help and every person I passed after that asked they didn't run the other direction great store
Don't buy a Christmas tree there! I bought a tree Saturday faithfully water Nd know it needs more especially in the beginning and its already dying! The person took forever to help wrap it. He didn't want to cut the bottom and branches because "he has to put the stupid get up on". Needless to say we had to do it when we got home. To end it you don't need help taking it to your car do you? Unbelievably ride and unhelpful. Will never go there again!
On our recent visit to your store located in Greenville Texas, we were left looking for help like we were invisible. We needed a piece of plywood cut and a set of combo power tools and was passed by several times by employees. We went and asked for help and were told the would call someone, 30 minutes later still nobody. On our way out empty handed a employed asked a man if he needed help, that same employes passed us twice and not once offered any help! The guys at the tool rental place are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Big shout out to helping me clear my draining problems in my sewer line!
Bought a fire pit for around 150 at Home Depot and it was so warped that the lid did not fit. Thank for ur well handling of Christmas gifts. We were going to use it in stead we had to bend it back.. Make the employees open the box and show you the item before taking it home. Just warning.
