I've been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes. Way understaffed. Rarely anybody around when I am at the store. I dont know why I thought they might pick up the phone.
Had to run to Greenville’s Home Depot to buy a new gas heater, as the blower on mine went out. Vickie the service desk mgr is the nicest and outstanding person to deal with. Thanks for all your help Vicky, you’re my new hero Brigitte West
The guy with the tattoos and pony tail at the paint counter is very knowledgeable. He was a big help. I recommend the paint section if you’re needing paint supplies for a home interior project.

I am very disappointed with this store. There were 2 tornadoes that came through Greenville this evening. With this came lots of damage, trees down on power lines, across roads and on houses. Home Depot was willing to donate some tools to help clear roadways and help with whatever needed to be done. We got there, after being told to come on and get whatever we needed, only to be told by the Manager they weren’t going to give us anything to help out and for us to leave. I just loaded about 15 bags of various mulch and river rock into my car. I'm 56 everything weighed 40lbs or more not 1 person that worked there offered to help
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you spend $2000.00 on a washer and dryer you should at least get to talk to someone when they decide not to show up 5 days after you have spent your money with them.
Wasted a lot of time. Used the app to locate the wood I needed couldn’t find it. No tags on shelves. Wood put in wrong bins. Used to love Home Depot but can’t waste time looking for things that aren’t there or in the wrong spots and have to guess what price is. Poorly ran store!!
