Back in April 2021, I ordered windows through Home Depot to be installed by them. In June 2021 the windows were installed. Two of the double slider window were missing screens. They ordered the screens. They came in and fit one window but the others did not fit. We have been missing the screens for this window since then. 6 times they have ordered and came out with the wrong sized screen. They keep ordering the same wrong size. Went to my local Home Depot in Sherman TX, yesterday - the Garden Center was a disaster! Two thirds of the outdoor plants were dead! There were 3 people in orange aprons just standing around, talking and laughing. I told them about all the dead plants, and one of them said, "We water twice a day!" It was 7pm. This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The employees are very rude and the manager seems to condone his employees action. They even pat each other on the back as I walk out on a $400 purchase. I would never ever recommend this Home Depot!!! Go to Lowe’s people!!!

I ordered online on Monday, supposed to be here on Wed and now it's Sat and I still don't think it's in the store. Been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to find out. I would have ordered from Amazon but it said that I wouldn't get this until May. At this rate, May is looking good!!!! It is just an electric planer, nothing special????
Will not ever come back to this store! Mrs. Ginger was very sassy wouldn't listen when we tried to return a product still in the packaging and never taken out of the box. We tried calling and no calls were returned. They lost our business over $700. We are building a new house and Lowe's gained our business with all new appliances new riding lawn mower and outdoor equipment. same your time and money and go anywhere else but here
I want to your store yesterday needing help I ask lady at desk to call some to dept I was at she never called anyone I had to go find some myself then lady at self check out she couldn't unlock the screen that locked out finally I just went to front desk and checked out be last time I come here. me Neighbors had same experience with front desk not calling someone to help when asked. yall need to make some changes or demote some people or fire someone
