How much sense does it make to throw 10 buggies full of dried out and dying plants in the dumpster but not allow a customer to take 10 or so of them home that could be saved? They are literally piled in buggies waiting on the dumpster to be emptied!
Used to go here all the time. Spend a ton of money. Now it’s understaffed. The shelves are halfway stocked and the displays have gone downhill. I don’t blame employees. I blame management. I’ll shop online from now on instead of spending my time walking around a huge warehouse store begging for help.
Worst customer service ever. Will never go back to this place again. Pretty sad when there employees don't even know where things are and send you some where else while they act like they are working! What the hell ever never again.

We went to purchase a new riding mower today and the young lady that helped us made it as easy as possible. Met us outside, asked us if we needed help, then took care of all the details. I think her name was Kim, very sweet young woman. She even loaned us her eclipse glasses so we could see the eclipse!
I was sent by my lovely hubby to pick up $200.00 worth of wood....2x4 s and pickets and cement.....Trevor helped me out quickly professionally and friendly....he turned a dreaded errand into a pleasure....Thank you Home Depot!!!!
