Initially I had a frustrating experience, i realized after leaving the Keene .NH store that I had left my wallet at the cashier when I returned to inquired the customer service rep send oh you need to go to self check out they would have it. I explained that I did not use self check out, to no avail, she did not even ask for my name and number , she just dismissed me. I just ordered from home to be picked up, 72 pieces of wood to be cut for a giant lawn Jenga game. Not only was I not charged extra for the cutting, the whole project is coming in under $25. Mike at the order desk was so awesome to work with. Way to go home depot!
I have had the worse experience ever buying a major appliance through the Home Depot online store. Worst. Experience. Ever. It's been 2+ months with an appliance that isn't working properly. Home Depot is of no help at all. I will never purchase another appliance through the HD as long as I live. And customer service when I emailed to complain was just non responsive basically. Useless. Awful awful awful awful awful awful
