would like to think I could actually get hold of any person, tried for hours and online I don't need just one thing done,I need someone to measure not only flooring but counter tops and for cabinets. Must say was very disappointed that I could not even speak with someone but could not get an in home appointment on line, simply because I need more than flooring done.
Worked there for seven years. Laziness abounds and constant fuck ups which are fixed in a haphazard manner. It is the best job a lot of these people will get so they focus more on keeping their jobs then helping anyone. Would recommend as a summer job perhaps not a career.
I was very disappointed when my mother and I left the store a few minutes ago. A worker was collecting carts and after we packed up the car ,we left our cart where he could reach it. As i started the car i could hear the man say " put your fucking cart away". I cant believe a employee would be so rude to customers!
Took a workshop with one of the guys from Home Depot and it was fantastic. I had three guys helping me out. Showing me items in the area that I was taking the workshop in. The instructor was very knowledgable and let me get in there and get my hands dirty. There are only a few things That would have made it even better. It would have been nice to get some sort on printout with the product names we used and what they were all used for. Shipping and Receiving totally sucks! Had a 3:00pm appointment. Got here at 1:45. It's now 3:33 and I'm not even in the door yet. Thanks to this Home Depot, I'm not gonna make it to my home!
I'm currently standing in the store. Been trying for an hour to get someone to sell me a refrigerator. Horrible customer service!!
