I resent that there was only one cashier. A store that large should have humans not machines
Home Depot does not support women owned businesses! And does not help in solving problems cause by there employees!
Several weeks ago when I ordered and paid for my appliances, they gave me a date of delivery and said to be available from 1 - 5. At 5, we had not yet heard from them. We called and were told that they had truck trouble and they didn’t know if our delivery would be the next day or the day after. This is the beginning of our vacation! And we have been living without a fridge and stove for over a week! Needless to say, we are so upset and so not willing to order anything from Home Depot again!!!
What an appliance buying nightmare! They definitely need a new delivery company. Bought appliances 5/24 and soonest available delivery date was 6/1, a week later. When they were delivered, we had to reject the washer because it had smashed in controls and a broken door. They took BOTH the washer and dryer back and rescheduled delivery for 6/8. Got a call today that instead of ordering a new washer to replace the defective one, they ordered another dryer by mistake and that they would deliver one of the dryers on the schedule... read more
Stop using Raymers Express to handle the delivery of your appliances. I've never dealt with a more inept and rude company in my life. I will NEVER purchase anything from Home Depot again unless I verify that there is a new company contracted. You should all be embarrassed to work for a company that continues to let this happen. My order has been cancelled and I will look elsewhere.
I go there when other places are high in prices
Get stuff that lasts, Don't sell samsung dishwashers because they are junk and you have no services to fix them. Doors that are Jelwen that crack in a year. ECT. Also people that know what the hell they are doing when you send them from your bussiness.

went in to buy an appliance today walked around for 6 minutes. One person came to help me.. I walked out drove over to Sears and bought a refrigerator screw you Home Depot your workers suck.
