The price on my appliances was great - but the measurements given were off by almost an inch in the height!!! It is my understanding that deliveries are often sent back because the measurements given to the customers for refrigerators are incorrect. Find that to be very disturbing, since you cannot get the same price when you have to 'return' your fridge - very deceptive. I think you need to have a customer service chat with your morning employee named Tom and remind him that getting your customers to work on time as priority not unnecessarily blocking off I'll so he can enjoy a power trip
all summer my Girlfriend and I have been adding on to the barn and remodeling the house we have spent well over $4000 today we inquired about discount price for buying a pallet of quickrete ( 42) bags and not only did the manager say NO with no discussion he then said if we buy a pallet load we have to pay a pallet fee deposit . isn't that a slap in the face . so we went to 84 lumber as a ew customer he beat Home depots price per bag and loaded the pallet on truck no deposit just requested I bring it back.. now that's servic... read more
Very disapointed. My boyfriend came home all excited that patio furniture was at 50 percent off. We returned to the store to find SELECT and UP TO 50 PERCENT OFF. Sadly of course there WASNT any in the store on sale and the associate was like "oh well too bad they are what there marked." When I asked how can you guys advertise with many large signs saying big sale on patio furniture her response of course was too bad read the fine print we can leave up the signs. Great Store, Exellent Customer Service. One Employee went above & beyond expectations in the pouring Rain to deliver a Bathroom Cabinet as the one we got was cracked on the bottom when we opened it.
