I thought it was pretty awesome this morning waiting to get in for some Black Friday that there was Home Depot employees going up and down the crowd offering coffee, hot chocolate, doughnuts, and hot hands (hand warmers). I don't normally go Black Friday shopping, I leave that to the wife, but I just wanted to say thank you.
What a great prices there gotta do a little digging to find them though. but I will tell you this the customer service definitely needs improving. I was searching around for a while and passed more than a few customer service reps just standing around staring at me before I had to walk up and ask somebody for help. Now, it's my understanding that customer service reps are supposed to initialize and ask you if you need help first off to make your shopping experience more easy and pleasurable. am I wrong?
Took an excessive amount of time for me to find somebody to wait on me and then when I finally found somebody they had to call another person and after all that they were out of stock.
My husband and I came in today to purchase a new dishwasher. Not one person asked us if we needed help with anything. There was about 5 people standing around talking. Finally someone asked us if he can help us. As we are talking about which dishwasher we wanted. The guy who was helping us answers his cell phone and WALKS away! He doesn't even excuse himself.
