Older gentlemen employees need to wear their masks properly! Wearing it under your nose or under your chin isn’t the way to do it!!

Special ordered a window for my bathroom. It took 3 weeks to come in. the inner and outer locks don't line up, and the screen is ripped! The contractor pulled my old window out so I had no choice but to put in the defective window. My contractor moved the lock over and put puddy in the now hole in my brand new window. Tomorrow I'll have to get Home Depot to repair the screen and I already expect there to be a problem!
I just returned from the Lockport, NY store where I counted no less than 8 people not wearing protective masks. When I inquired of a store employee about this I was told that the management felt they had no authority to require masks. That is absolutely untrue. If they cannot take steps to protect their customers, I will no longer shop there. Plus I will report them to the Niagara County Health Dept. and the Governor's Office.
Better customer service would be a great start

follow the guidelines set up by the state for coronavirus.....masks and 6 feet of distancing are required for all confined areas ....i.e. stores if you don't understand.
Home Depot curbside pickup and online ordering is a joke. 1.5 hours waiting outside and nothing. Guess it's lowes from now on
