Ha. Went to Home Depot to buy the Ring Video Doorbell 2. It’s on sale, normally it’s $200 Go up to the register and the girls like oh the 199.99 one? We’re like yeah- but it’s on sale on your website. She’s like well it’s not on sale here. This store is by far one of the best Home Depot stores! Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
Hire people who know the products in the store. Too many ignorant employees. That's what you get for paying minimum wage.
I bought a John Deere zero turn back in May and part of the deal was I woul receive 200 dollar gift card. I have made countless attempts to store manager and still no gift cards Lowes is looking better for my interest.
I love this place. I get all my supplies here and at good prices.

Disappointed to say the least with the window and door department .... waited for a month for product .... on day of installation we call the store because installer is a no-show.... only then do we find out they can't find our order at the warehouse!! We have spent thousands of dollars at Lockport store in the past month .... really rethinking future purchases!
I bought my carpet from here. Installed by there installation group. Immediately the seams came apart, the carpet has pulls ALL over! High traffic areas, low traffic areas. Doesn’t matter. I have had 3 people out to repair. 2 inspectors. Home Depot WILL NOT stand behind their product. Stating it’s environmental reasons!! What the heck is that?? It’s a top of the line carpet.
