Order a grill online to pick up at the customer service. Took 30 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me. When someone finally helped me, it took then 20 minutes to get my order, which they didn't actually have, so they gave me the store model, which was put together poorly. There were scratches on it, and one of the shelves is leaning. Surprised i haven't blown up yet using it. RecommendedToday I picked up wood for a project...I placed a store pickup order. I received an email that advised me to call for curbside when I arrived. once there, I did that and was told they couldn't do curbside for lumber 😭 BUT, the girl on the phone was extremely nice and SO incredibly helpful and said even though they don't normally do curbside, she would find someone just this time to help and to pull up to the contractor area. 😁 I waited a few minutes, and SHE brought them out herself!!! 😁😁😁 I don't know her name, but she... read more

I understand you felt Rucker had an opportunity to disengage from the man who was spouting racial slurs but policies like that allow the public to abuse people. He understood he couldn’t be physical at work but verbally shut the man down.
